THE VISION:
Over the next 3-8 years our team is working to reshape the Indian Rocks Beach hospitality industry. Our goal is to build 400 – 500 additional short-term (min 2 night) sleeping occupancy, increased restaurant capabilities, and resort capabilities. Our team and equity partners have secured significant land parcels in the Indian Rocks Beach business district to accomplish this goal. We have a master plan to redevelop these parcels adding hoteling, food service, and entertainment.
